Sometimes God says, Let's get doughnuts, and we reply, We don't have time.

Ever seen the movie Disney's The Kid? In it, Bruce Willis asks a bartender at one point, [i]f you get called a jerk four times in one day, does it mean that it's true? In response, the bartender says, [n]ope, five times makes it true, or something to that effect. Well, what if you call yourself a jerk four times in one day, does that make it true?

Sometimes it's funny the way we act around people we've dated. The way I would describe my actions at times would be those of a jerk (and I doubt the party to whom I am a jerk would disagree with me). I wish I didn't have to know what love turns into when blinded by hurt and anger. I suppose it's a lesson to learn, though... and another apology to make.
