Ever had someone swoop into your life and just throw everything into a jumble? My step-sister came home yesterday and we went out today. In the course of conversation, so many opinions I have seemed so utterly irrelevant, if not just completely dumb. She just seems to have such a joyous love for everyone and everything. It's quite refreshing and unnerving at the same time. She'll be here for the weekend. Part of me is looking forward to more conversation, part of me is scared out of my mind. We shall see how things turn out.

It occurred to me that
It occurred to me that this web log probably isn't very good reading. I jump around all the time from topic to topic and it's hard to find anything really worth reading.
Well, I started the new site design last night, working mostly on getting the layout and colors the way that I want them. Right now, I'm really just trying to get a hang of what works and what doesn't. Constructive criticism is appreciated. Until the new site is up, I'll keep going like I have been. Hopefully I'll have a better idea of how I want to do things when I have everything put together. Thanks for bearing with me.
