I remember 15 to 20 years ago, a standup comedian, whose name escapes me, did a similar routine on TV.
As a footnote, I also read an article in a magazine about a man in Texas that owned a hot air balloon with the letters LIB on the side. When asked what LIB stood for, the owner said "I'm not really sure, but it's what a Texan says when he is amazed!
