I've alluded to a woman that I once dated a couple of times, but I've never really gone into it. I'm not sure that I really want to now either. It's been over a year since we broke up, yet I'd be lying if I didn't say that I still have feelings for her. There isn't a day that passes that I don't think about her. Yes, 'twas true love.
And I messed it up. Well, it wasn't meant to be then. I'm OK with that now, but it's taken me a while to get here. I'm really not over the whole thing. I still make stupid mistakes and stupid decisions that probably continue to hurt her. In fact, I made such a decision / mistake this evening.
Of course, I'm not going to go into it (yet). I think I might start writing about what happened between us, but that's going to take some time... and some tears. I just don't know if I'm prepared for it yet. I suppose this is a warning.
Also, if you're reading this Rebekah, I'm sorry. I don't mean to keep hurting you. I'm just a doofus.
