It's not fair. The Building and Grounds (B&G) people use leaf blowers each afternoon to pile up all the leaves in various spots around the Dell. I walk by these several-person-sized piles of leaves that are just begging me--calling me--to jump into them and ruin all the hard work the B&G people had done. And each afternoon, I resist the calling, knowing that they would not appreciate such a blatant action to destroy their work. Alas, surely there will be one day when child-at-heart twenty-one year old students will be welcome to jump into perfect piles of leaves. I greatly anticipate this day.
