We've just released 8.10 Preview 2. There are two important changes in this release compared to 8.02: a) BitTorrent support is back with some back-end fixes and b) the default browser identification is Opera (!). Have fun!

I'm confused by the versioning but I guess when you say 8.10 Preview 2 this means Preview #2 for BitTorrent (since this is the first 8.10 version). I assume this is not "8.1" but more like "8.0.10 Preview"?
I am pleased that Opera put back its own UA string, people need to be aware that the UA is not a reasonable check.
Do you know what Opera's future plans are for SVG? Is scripting going to be supported any time soon?
Frankly, 8.02 Preview 1 was the wrong name for the first BitTorrent (BT) Technology Preview. It should have been 8.10 Preview 1. We try to stick to doing maintenance/security releases as .01 increments and feature releases as .1 or 1.0 increments. And, since we weren't actually going to release BT in 8.02 Final anyway, it just didn't make sense.

As for SVG, I cannot discuss our plans.
