Cravings

Rebekah has been surprisingly devoid of cravings. I'm a bit disappointed, actually. I had this great picture in my head of late night runs to the store for pickles and peanut butter or Doritos with strawberry jelly. It's not that I mind—I'd be making those late night store runs—but I feel like I'm missing out on part of the ambiance of being the husband of a pregnant woman. Then again, maybe she'd want fish or liver paste. Eww. It's probably for the best.

My wife never had any

My wife never had any cravings like that for either of her two pregnancies. She did crave some of her favorite foods more often than usual, but that might have just been taking advantage of the situation ;) She did have a strong distaste for meat (besides chicken) with the first.

Rebekah has had more

Rebekah has had more aversions than cravings. Her most recent aversion was for corn.

I also had a distaste for

I also had a distaste for meat but mostly just in the first couple months. I ate lots of pasta (no different than normal) and Special K cereal which bugged Tim b/c he had to cook singly for himself.

Huh?

What's wrong with liver pate? It's great! Fish is also good, depending on what kind of fish it is and how it is prepared.
