The weather finally

The weather finally validates per spec.

Indeed.

Indeed.

Woohoo!

You'd best get the snoaboard / sledge / skis out then :)

Naw, this probably won't

Naw, this probably won't stick around that long. Next month, though... :)

No fair....

You get the pretty snowflakes, and all we get is a lousy Nor'Easter. You and Rebekah should go sledding now, and when the baby comes, it'll be a natural :)

I don't know that sledding

I don't know that sledding is the best thing for a pregnant woman to do.

Details....

Details....

i want some!

how come you get all the fluffy white stuff?! "s'no" fair... anyway, HI! if you get bored at work you should totally play e-mail tag with me, as i hafta be here to answer phones (and little else) from 8:30-4 every day this week. i have no idea what that translates to in your time, but i'm feeling, well, bored, so... it's almost 3pm there. so... if you're bored for the last 2 1/2 hours of work this week... you know who else is. :D
and i would totally agree with corri, except that my sledding experiences often end... painfully. and use a sled and not an inflatable chair.

Umm, we get it because

Umm, we get it because Norway is way farther north than Virginia. :P I don't have time to be bored these days. We're very, very busy. And I have a seminar for the next three days, so I won't even be online. Sorry, dudette.

I'll throw some snowballs in your general direction if it'll make you feel better. :)

fine,

way to be north, be planning for a baby, and be working like you're supposed to... or doodling (while still listening) to speakers at a seminar. s'okay, dude-o. it's just... boring. and i should sooooo be home (like both my parents) doing homework or i should be stranded in florida (like the rest of ai's staff) on the beach.

do, good friend. (shamelessly taken from shakespeare) (name that play!)

No idea what play that is,

No idea what play that is, but I did enjoy the "Do let's"s throughout the Chronicles of Narnia (which I just finished this afternoon).

Whar snow?

We had snow a month ago here in Idaho and more than half a foot in Yellowstone National Park (two hours drive to the north) the first weekend in October. You folks in Norway better catch up :-)

Snowing :D

It's snowing over here also! Started saturday though and it just keeps coming :D.

It is not yet, in Moscow (it was told to start on Wednesday) :-)

But what about springs ? This spring it was snowing in Moscow until mid-April :-)

I think that's about the

I think that's about the same as Oslo.

Today there is light snow,

Today there is light snow, and sine the noon it is raining.

Slow cold rain, with heavy drop (seems they have pieces of ice or snow in the center and melted water around it). Brrr... I hope it is not "the same" in Oslo and you have real winter there :)

Actually, it's warm again.

Actually, it's warm again. ;)

By a strange(r) coincidence...

Snowed 15-20 miles (24-32k) north of here today for the first time this fall - was gonna say this year, but I'm sure we've had snow since January.

There's a low, small mountain range (the Poconos) there that forms a barrier to cold air from the north. There's a very short tunnel through the first foothills where it's often raining on the south side and snowing on the north; that was true today.

I've been to the Poconos for

I've been to the Poconos for skiing before. :) Nice place.

It was cold here in April

It was cold here in April but it wasn't snowing....

The sun has come out and

The sun has come out and it's melting. :(

Now it's snowing in Boston

Now it's snowing in Boston. :) This makes me happy....big, white, fluffy ones....ahhhhhhh, bliss. Makes it easier to be at work on a Saturday.

aww,

yay for c.s. lewis! (his institute people are right around the corner in our office.) is this the first time you've read them (betsy just read 'em for the first time)? or are you re-reading them in anticipation of the movie? or what? YAY! (and the quote is totally from much ado - beatrice to the messenger at the beginning.)

This is my first time

This is my first time reading them. I actually borrowed them way before I knew about the movie, but I was busy reading Harry Potter then. So, now I've read everything but my "being a daddy" books.

awwwwwwww!!!

you're gonna be a daddy! it's still weird, but very cool. and very "aaaawwwwwwwwwwww"-worthy.
p.s. do you have a link to the "developers, developers, developers, developers" video? i sent my brother to http://plex.us/videos/random.html hoping it's the same one (but i'm at work, so i can't check). it really gets in your head, man.

Naw, I don't. I'm sure it's

Naw, I don't. I'm sure it's around somewhere, though.
